Bruce currently is the founder and CEO of Swytchback, a leader in mobile consumer insights, and previously has held a number of senior executive and founder positions including as CEO of Plastic Jungle, SVP International and Business Development of Blackhawk Network, and CEO of Soliloquy Learning. Bruce began his career practicing law at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. He remains an active venture investor and sits on the advisory boards of several innovative payments and e-Commerce ventures.

Katie Tamony - CMO Monrovia

Katie Tamony is the Chief Marketing Officer of Monrovia, a position she has actually held twice. With more than 25 years of expertise in lifestyle and leisure companies, Katie has been tracking trends and developing consumer insight measures to help companies and organizations prepare for the future throughout her career. She is the former  editor-in-chief of Sunset Magazine and Sunset Books, and has also guided marketing strategy for food, art, travel, and technology companies. Katie has long been interested in the intersections of garden, art, health, and well-being. A longtime avid gardener, she returned to Monrovia in 2020 to lead its consumer marketing into the future and refresh its brand strategy.
