Qual360NA’s virtual conference was a smashing success this year.The virtual conference provided everything that an in-person conference could, great presentations, booths with timely and useful information, and plenty of chances to connect with peers from different insight companies as well as insights customers.
As part of the conference, Swytchback presented a review of its proprietary Hit or Miss approach to early concept testing with Courtney Minor, Director of Consumer Insights at Gap. Courtney is not only an expert in quantitative and qualitative data insights and analytics but she is also a leader in image evaluation, no doubt enabled by being an accomplished artist in her own right. Courtney recounted her positive experience using the Swytchback platform to drive better decisioning in Gap’s design processes, including the ability to collect insights data from extremely hard to reach audiences and sort results by target customer segments.
